In a garlicky Marinara Sauce.
Topped with Parmesan Cheese.

Mostaciolli with Broccoli Rabe
Wild Broccoli Rabe flash-sautéed in Olive Oil with
Garlic, Red pepper flakes, Chopped Tomatoes and
Grilled sausage. Topped with Parmesan Cheese.

Pollo al Quattro Formaggio
Diced Chicken Breast in a rich cream sauce,
Enhanced with Parmesan, Romano, Fontinella
and Gorgonzola cheeses. Topped with walnuts.

Rigatoni with Jumbo Shrimp
Sauteed in Olive oil with proscciutto, garlic,
Black olives, shallots, fresh tomatoes &
Red pepper flakes. Topped with a salad of
Radicchio, Arugula and Belgian Endive,
and a dusting of Romano Cheese.

Our homemade spaghetti tossed with asparagus,
Basil, garlic & tomatoes in a vegetable consomme.
Finished with toasted pine nuts and parmesan.

Fresh Littleneck Clams(8) steamed in a rich Clam
Broth with shallots, garlic, white wine
and butter.

Funghi al Pomodori, Spinaci e Ceci
Fresh Mushrooms sautéed in Olive Oil with garlic,
Shallots, Tomatoes, garbanzos and Fresh Spinach.
Served over Pappardelle, topped with
Feta Cheese.
