There’s something special about fresh-made pasta — the texture, the flavor, the way it holds a rich, house-made sauce. It’s a taste of tradition you might not expect in Key West, but once you find it, it’s unforgettable.
Most of our pastas are crafted daily with semolina flour and eggs, while select varieties are made egg-free or gluten-free. We also offer Zucchini Ribbon-Zoodles for a lighter, veggie-forward option.
Because our pasta is made fresh in small batches, availability may vary — but our team is always happy to suggest a delicious alternative.
